"Sarabi"

I fell in love wth Sarabi the very first time I saw her. She is the half sister to our Elsa. Sarabi is very elegant and proper. But she has her wild side. She is also a Lure Coursing nut. After becoming a champion she came to live with us and we love her very much. She is also a champion counter surfer! Sarabi and Elsa couldn't be any more different from each other. Elsa is athletic and loves to hunt, Sarabi likes to snuggle under the covers and be elegant and pretty. They are the best of both worlds.

Sarabi started to put on weight in the fall. I found out later she was eating ALL the apples that had fallen to the ground in our orchard. We couldn't figure out how she was gaining when she was on a limited diet. A Ridgeback can always find food.
